Larry Manchester

Larry Manchester

As Director of Construction Services at Partner Residential Consultants, Larry Manchester brings over 30 years of experience and extensive expertise in the construction risk management space. His specialized experience in construction risk management spans critical due diligence practices in project feasibility, inspection/field services, funds control, and construction loan agreement compliance. As an innovator and business owner, Manchester created the first nationwide construction draw assessment platform and earned the trust of many of the largest construction lenders in the country. He also architected advanced platforms for two national service providers.

Manchester has achieved profound success in the construction risk management industry through various leadership roles. Over his career, Manchester has overseen more than 5,000 project feasibility studies and over 100,000 real estate collateral examinations. His project expertise spans a wide variety of SFR, multi-family, commercial, and acquisition and development (A&D). During the mortgage crisis, Manchester played a critical role in auditing and assessing FDIC-controlled bank portfolios for the Federal Government RAC teams.

Brian Ward

Brian Ward

As Technical Director of Partner’s Construction Services Group, Brian Ward brings over 30 years of experience applying engineering expertise to the construction management arena. His vast experience with construction risk management programs includes contractor evaluations, document and cost reviews, construction progress monitoring inspections, and funds control. Ward has managed a range of multi‐disciplinary teams for development, construction, and risk management purposes, and has provided construction‐related due diligence services in the surety industry. He has worked with a range of clients including general contractors, government entities, and private owners/investors/developers.

Wendy Soto, Senior Project Manager at Partner

Wendy Soto

Currently a Senior Project Manager at Partner, holding a Bachelor of Science degree, with an extensive experience in construction risk management, cost and project management, contractor evaluations, project schedule, quality, safety, control, and construction progress monitoring.

Wendy previously managed the pre-close team at a risk management company. She has also led a team for a mortgage company, which gave her the opportunity to understand how mortgage rates directly or indirectly affect the construction industry. With experience in both fields, she understands the importance of risk analysis and compliance with loan agreements.
